Job Summary          
The Field Supervisor is responsible for overseeing a team of technicians, ensuring the successful execution of projects, and fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of project management principles.

This role is a 100% travel role, projects may be anywhere in the United States.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Hiring Process
    • Participate in the hiring process of all potential candidates
  • Training
    • Be the first point of contact for all training for new candidates and new clients
    • Train all new hires on QuickBase and company expectations
  • Performance
    • Participate in all employees’ 90-day and annual performance reviews
  • Project Documentation
    • Document all necessary items for projects
    • Lead, train and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship
    • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and successful completion of deliverables
    • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to team members including participation in performance reviews
    • Facilitate effective communication within the team and with other divisions
    • Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise within the team
    • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards by holding employees account to adhere to the Company’s Mission, Vision, and Values
    • Conduct weekly team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and opportunities
    • Collaborate with senior management to align team goals with the company objectives
    • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve team performance

Qualification Standards
  • Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably as a Field Supervisor or similar position
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their best
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities


Compensation and Benefits
$30.00 - $35.00 per hour
