Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Hiring Process
- Participate in the hiring process of all potential candidates
- Training
- Be the first point of contact for all training for new candidates and new clients
- Train all new hires on QuickBase and company expectations
- Performance
- Participate in all employees’ 90-day and annual performance reviews
- Project Documentation
- Document all necessary items for projects
- Lead, train and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship
- Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and successful completion of deliverables
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to team members including participation in performance reviews
- Facilitate effective communication within the team and with other divisions
- Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise within the team
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards by holding employees account to adhere to the Company’s Mission, Vision, and Values
- Conduct weekly team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and opportunities
- Collaborate with senior management to align team goals with the company objectives
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve team performance
Qualification Standards
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably as a Field Supervisor or similar position
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their best
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities
