Job Summary
The Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, managing the recruitment process, and collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Utilize various channels to source potential candidates
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for the company
- Facilitate interviews between hiring managers and candidates, providing both with necessary preparation and support.
- Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from application to onboarding.
- All additional tasks as requested by the Human Resources manager
Qualification Standards
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
