Job Summary The Field Supervisor is responsible for overseeing a team of technicians, ensuring the successful execution of projects, and fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of project management principles.
This role is a 100% travel role, projects may be anywhere in the United States.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Hiring Process
Participate in the hiring process of all potential candidates
Training
Be the first point of contact for all training for new candidates and new clients
Train all new hires on QuickBase and company expectations
Performance
Participate in all employees’ 90-day and annual performance reviews
Project Documentation
Document all necessary items for projects
Lead, train and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship
Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and successful completion of deliverables
Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to team members including participation in performance reviews
Facilitate effective communication within the team and with other divisions
Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise within the team
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards by holding employees account to adhere to the Company’s Mission, Vision, and Values
Conduct weekly team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and opportunities
Collaborate with senior management to align team goals with the company objectives
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve team performance
Qualification Standards
Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably as a Field Supervisor or similar position
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their best
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities
