Summary The Installation Technician is responsible for the installation of custom structures, cabinetry, millwork, medical equipment, and the de-installation and relocation of various systems. The role also includes light demolition, renovation of healthcare spaces, and smart building technology integration. This position requires hands-on fieldwork, collaboration with clients and team members, and adherence to all safety and company standards.

Utilize company-provided devices to:
Communicate project details
Submit daily timecards, photos, and project notes
Complete expense reports and other documentation
Maintain and care for company and client property
Create and manage documents in Microsoft Office Suite and internal platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
Exhibit strong oral and written communication
Adhere to project schedules, perform punch list tasks, and escalate issues as needed
Ensure environmental and jobsite safety compliance
Technical Skills & Experience
Proficient use of hand and power tools
Ability to read and interpret construction plans and schedules
Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in at least one of the following areas (3+ years preferred):
Carpentry
Painting
Drywall
Framing
Electrical
Plumbing
Mechanical systems
Understanding of construction processes, materials, and cost identification
Ability to prepare construction reports and organize building materials
Strong team collaboration, client communication, and problem-solving skills
Qualifications Basic Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a construction field environment
Must supply own basic hand tools (refer to KR Wolfe tool list)
Basic computer skills – ability to communicate via Email and Microsoft Teams.
Must have ability to travel – This is a 100% travel role which may require night and weekend travel for extended periods.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or successful completion of technical or trade school program
OSHA 10 Certification

This role requires 100% travel, including frequent overnight stays and varied schedules (days, nights, weekends).
