Job Summary
The Healthcare Renovation Technician is responsible for the demolition and renovation of all types of healthcare spaces, as well as the installation of various client products. Such spaces include operation rooms, emergency rooms and ICU rooms. This position is full-time and requires extensive travel which is fully covered by the company.

Travel Requirements
This position is a 100% travel position. The position often requires travel on work days and can include weekends and nights.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Safely and properly use power tools (drills, saws etc.), and hand tools (hammer, screwdriver, hand saw etc.)
  • Perform demolition and renovation duties by performing the following trades:
  • Carpentry
  • Painting
  • Drywall
  • Electrical
  • Plumbing
  • Framing
  • Mechanical
  • Perform manual labor
  • Responsible for overseeing quality assurance
  • Identify hazardous materials
  • Organize building materials
  • Prepare daily construction reports
  • Maintain a clean working environment
  • Exhibit consistently dependable, reliable, punctual and trustworthy conduct
  • Any additional duties or tasks provided by management
Specific Job Knowledge, Skill and Ability
  • OSHA 10 Training Preferred
  • Must obtain basic structural knowledge and ability to install structures unassisted
  • Must demonstrate strong teamwork, leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Experienced with Demolition Preferred
  • Must be proficient (At least 2 years experience) in a skilled trade such as electrical, plumbing, framing, welding, painting, or carpentry.
  • Ability to work under general supervision, may lead small projects or small teams.
  • Ability to read, write and speak the English language to interact with coworkers and customers in the field
  • Proficient verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of electrical circuits, wire types, wire sizes, and & basic components. 
  • Ability to terminate J-box (single & multiple circuits).
Compensation and Benefits
$28.00 - $32.00 per hour based on experience

Have you attended any trade schools, if so which ones?*
Do you have experience with basic hand tools and power tools such as: screwdrivers, drills, hammers, levels, and tape measures.
Do you have 4+ years experience in a construction environment?*
Do you have at 3+ years experience in a trade such as carpentry, drywall, electrical, plumbing, or framing?*
Are you familiar with, or have experience with, structural connections such as Hilti or Unistrut?*
This position requires 100% travel, with jobsite stays ranging from 2–3 days up to 2 - 3 weeks. Are you fully available for this schedule?
