The Executive Assistant / Property Manager provides high-level administrative support to the CEO while overseeing the day-to-day operations and management of assigned properties. Key Responsibilities Executive Assistant Duties
Provide comprehensive administrative support to executive leadership, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
Serve as a gatekeeper and liaison between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with a high level of accuracy and professionalism
Manage confidential information with discretion and integrity
Assist with project coordination, tracking deadlines, and ensuring timely completion of initiatives
Coordinate and support meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-ups
Handle expense reporting, invoicing, and basic budgeting tasks
