KR Wolfe is looking to add an experienced IT Manager to their team. KR Wolfe is a women-owned and operated small business with administrative offices located in San Diego, CA. KR Wolfe services clients nationwide with teams of General Contracting Specialists and Systems Integration Specialists focused on construction and proprietary systems integration within the medical, education, commercial, government, and solar fields. 

Job Summary
The IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company’s IT operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of all IT systems, and leading a team of IT professionals. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of IT infrastructure and operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the IT department
  • Develop and implement IT policy and procedures
  • Ensure the security of the IT infrastructure and data
  • Plan and manage IT budgets
  • Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals
  • Coordinate with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide solutions
  • Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software and licenses
  • Manage IT projects, including system upgrades and new implementations
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues promptly
  • All additional tasks as requested by the executives and owners

Qualification Standards
  • 5 or more years’ experience in an IT role or related experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and related technologies
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with IT budgeting and financial management
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices

Compensation and Benefits
$100,000.00 to $120,000.00 annual salary
